Return or exchange

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, you have the option of returning or exchanging the purchased items

The product you wish to return or exchange must be undamaged. It must be returned in its original packaging with all attachments. Otherwise, the application will be rejected or partially rejected.

The return of the product to our address is done through any courier company, but not through the Romanian Post or with cash on delivery. Also, if you send the package with cash on delivery, it will be refused.

Once the parcel has been delivered to the courier, you must leave us a message on our Facebook page (Onerao.com) or an email in which you specify your name, the order number, the products you are returning or exchanging. In the case of the return in the message, also enter the bank account where you want the money to be delivered.

The money will be returned only to the client's bank account.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer. Redemption shipments are not accepted.

If we do not receive your order cancellation in writing within 14 days of receiving the shipment, no refund or replacement can be made.

Within 14 days of receiving the statement and your data, the product will be replaced or the money will be returned. The refund will be made automatically to the bank account that you filled in the refund form.
