The order will reach you by SameDay courier at the address specified in the order. The delivery time is 1-5 working days for products in stock.
To place an order, all you have to do is follow a few simple steps:

We inform you that orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
You can pay for your order Cash on delivery: you pay cash to the courier when you receive the parcel.
You can choose Card Payment on the website, at the time of placing the order: we accept Mastercard, Maestro or Visa cards.
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be blocked immediately on the card, and you will receive a confirmation of the order on your email address. If you return any item, the debited balance will be returned to the card.

You can return a product ordered on www.onerao.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the package after you fill in the return form and notify the withdrawal request by email info@onerao.com, we send the courier to the address in the order to pick up the product or to any other address indicated by you. The cost of the return transport is 30 lei, money that will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. You just have to prepare the package in which to put the product accompanied by all the accessories received. We will keep you informed of the return status by email.
